Oil Production Unavailable
Hello. I have a colony on a red planet and am almost certain I am experiencing a glitch that is not allowing oil production to show up as available for construction. I have built everything else I can, and have reached an impasse as oil and plastic are needed for any other buildings. My research is all the way up to galactic governance so I'm at a loss. I cannot for the life of me figure out why I cannot build anything oil related.

Most likely you have not enough atmosphere level to unlock related researches
crudebots that harvest oil require 1mil atmosphere.
