I have buildt Greenhouses and hydrophonic senters, and i have ZERO inflow of food!!!!! What am i not understanding here??

oh yay. All i had to do was write this post, and now suddenly food is flowing back in XD

Just give it some time. The game will adjust itself especially for buildings that do not require workers to generate resource.
