Yes, it would be a Dyson sphere, I got confused with Keiper because keiper sphere/belt is the outermost group of rocks and comets that surround the sun and all of the 8/9 planets of the solar system. A Dyson sphere is built tightly around the sun and collects solar energy to make money and provide power to other worlds.

On Topic: I don't like the idea of depending on trade. The whole purpose of the game is you gather your own resources by building the stuff you need to get it. Plus with no buildings, you have no storage and therefore no way to buy anything.
