@NeotheOne the overlapping can be fixed by turning on the 'Check Render Distance' setting in Engine Settings. It is off by default on Windows Store installs because the Windows Store app does not perform as good as the native desktop install.
All of the building that are missing on yours seem to be the ones using .svg graphics. I don't know what it is, but I will look into it. At least it seems to be consistent.

When i open a galactic emperor message it just shows a big pop up and overlaps my screen
I can't dismiss it.
Even after saving the game and going back to the title screen the pop up remains. I have to close the window to and restart to get rid of it. I'm playing the webversion with desktop shortcut.
