I can't Unholy buildings on a sugar planet, help!!!
Hi, I have a sugar planet (3726UTwQ), and I don't have the option to build Shrine of Mystics, that unlocks the unholy pit of stuff, and the other unholy stuff.
My technology map is empty, either I did something wrong or my game has issues.

Are you independent? You have to be independent to acquire those techs.
