Annex new colony?

Hello.

I have played on a Human Red Planet colony for quite some time, but now I'm looking into the region features.

So I started a LIS region on an abandoned world base.
I just unlocked and built the Colonial Assembly and the Transmission Hub, but I cannot get a message to my main colony, and the demands for annexation don't appear neither. The charter code is correctly recognized.

Is that a problem with regions, or am I missing something?

A few things:
1) you cannot annex an independent colony TO another colony
2) the request must start with the colony wanting to be annexed
3) the colony you want to annex to must be independent

To use your colonies for explanation:
Human colony cannot be independent (as in, should still be under another colony) and needs to send the request to the LIS colony. The LIS colony would need to be independent to accept another colony into its commonwealth.

Caveat: As I am not sure if a regional game is considered independent or not, some of this may not apply.

I did it in your order, except it's the Human colony (older) which is already independent, and the LIS region (younger, still under LIS commonwealth) wants to be annexed.

But today, as I looked into my region stats, I noticed that I cannot access its webpage:
https://www.my-colony.com/colonies/Xdi3CsCa/

Also, it does not appear in the colonies of my user page.

Just upgraded to 0.72, but still I cannot annex my region in my main colony commonwealth.
And same situation on my user page, the region is not there.

I just tried switching my game files between my devices: until now, I was playing my main colony on my android tablet, and I started the LIS region on my PC.

After switching the files, the game loads and plays fine on both devices, but I still have the same problem, no messages from the region can reach my main colony...

Still no ideas anyone?

I tried creating a new region colony directly in my commonwealth, works fine and I can exchange between both colonies. But choosing the CW at the creation limits the choices...

@bastecklein sir, did you try switching a region to another commwealth after creating it?

Also, I just noticed that I don't have access to the CW chat in my LIS region.

Post update, just for the record:

Since I had much given up on this LIS region, I tried the most extreme solution I could think of: switching back to local mode, then to Online Mode.
The region received a new charter code, with a valid webpage this time, and I managed to get annexation from my main colony.
So probably the original problem was that the region did not correct subscribe on the game servers.
