So the latest update a day or two ago gave some major bugs.
The game will only open if I hold my phone in landscape orientation. In portrait mode the screen just goes black.
My financial list of all businesses does not scroll down so I can’t se my totals at the bottom. It jolts up and down in a fit !
When I go to hire an accountant, the game crashes completely.
This is iOS.

A released a patch, hopefully it helps. I am having iOS 11 issues across the board. I plan another M.B.E. fix in a week or so as well, after I collect more diagnostics data.

I do I get money for a loan?
The loans happen automatically when you run out of cash. I can make is so that you can take out your own loans though
