LIS can't establish embassy
Have tried to establish an embassy with both a human colony and a zolarg colony and after inputting the charter code I go to select embassy and am greeted with no selections, no possible embassies come up in the menu, just a button labelled "Nevermind".
Not sure if this is due to an update that has invoked a bug or a property of LIS colonies as this is my first (successful) LIS colony.
I've previously sent an embassy from my human colony to the LIS colony without issue (I think it was on the current version, not 100% though) and I've established embassies between my human and zolarg colonies already without issue (previous versions).
Is anyone else having this issue?
Currently running v0.79.0 on Win10.
