We were talking on the FFF today about buildings that aren't really used and what most stood out was the Chop Shop.
I was wondering why did you add it? I know it's been there since the start, but i don't think i've ever found the need to use it.

Well at first there wasn't the ability to destroy rovers, so the Chop Shop was what I came up with.

its been useless a long time ago :P
Maybe you could make the chopshop reclaim a portion of the material cost to build a certain rover. May be a lot of prgramming for one small structure that people probably wouldn't use even if it had that function though.
It already does that.
