what water world really needs is buildings that can only be built on water like a oil platform ,

well that is it I have the oil power plant and am making oil i have the diamond lab and jewel shop for money .
really this only took maybe 7 hours total and i did not even leave the game running over night .
from here on out the other things not in LIS are import building up till star gate and ship port and you cant get black market no reg so next would be trades

This! I was excited to see the diamond deposits and the tech was available to learn, but I can't actually USE the tech because I have the wrong world base.
