Considering some heavy duty tasks has to be done outdoors and manually especially in early stage. A oxygen refilling station will be needed in case outdoor workers have their spacesuit low on oxygen.
The station provides an outdoor working range around it.
It must be built within at most 20 tiles away from a lander, an expedition outpost or an airlock.
