I know what you mean. I stumbled on reload fix on unemployed workers in building while checking why my workers are unemployed in subterranean housing while there is loads of jobs nearby. The v.48 disabled changing jobs so can't try to check. There is def problems with the workers/housing atm but I am still testing on replicating it or grasping what is happening. Currently top left window population show 0 unemployed, statistic page has 50 unemployed and subterranean has loads of unemployed.. The statistics page take some time to reload so it isnt helping much. It could be the colonist pathing algorithm is bugged.
