In a nutshell my suggest was that if something was wrong or bothering colonists when clicked a text bubble would appear of them thinking or telling you what is wrong so that you can attempt to fix it.

another suggestion was a Twitter birdie where a little box would pop up as i can imagine like...colonists are complaining about the trash build up.
