My Colony v3.1.0 Released
The My Colony 10th Anniversary Update hit last Friday, and if you are just now updating the game and have not seen those patch notes yet, read them here because the changes are massive. That said, this update addresses the first batch of bugs and QoL requests as provided by the community over the weekend. Since the 3.0 change was so big, I will probably be issuing weekly bug/QoL patches until we have everything ironed out, at which point I will move on to new features and content. That said, let's take a look at what is changed.

Changes
These are the main changes in this patch (excludes fixes and additions).
- Non-premium map size is now 8x8 chunks
- Moving a unit to a resource will put it into harvest mode
- Updated textures for Nanite server building
- Slowed resource spread rate by half
Additions
- New game resolution settings
- Fullscreen toggle to engine settings
- Additional structure lightmaps
- More customizable hotkeys: Harvest, pan camera, move, cancel
- Engine setting to disable the chat overlay
- Buildings can set staysSolidWhenInactive so they don't flicker when out of resources (trash incinerators)
- Trade import/export resources to building encyclopedia entries
- Pack option for buildings that can pack into a unit
- Building unit sidebar construction filter button
Removals
- Experimental hardware-based post-processor to the graphics rendering engine
- Steam Overlay native support, was causing rendering and FPS issues with the Steam client, will reevaluate when I can figure out a workaround.
Fixes
- Local folder meta file saving
- Local folders showing macos ._ files
- Default newsfeed not included in base package
- Issue where premium structures were not working correctly
- Issue where capitols/consulates could not be upgraded
- Multitude of other small bug fixes
