My Starship has just been updated to v1.4.0 and it's the largest update to the game in years, featuring a complete UI and graphics overhaul. Let's take a look!

I have been meaning to update and improve My Starship for some time now, and the other day I was sitting there thinking the game would look a bit cooler with something of a retro-futuristic vibe. Well, I don't know if I succeeded in implement that exactly, but the graphics do look a lot better now than they did before. I also gave all HUD and UI elements an animated CRT type of look, moved the info bar to the bottom, and added a lot more information to it.

I also reduced the rate of fuel consumption, and also added the ability to just get a full tank of fuel by either watching an ad or using Ape Coins. I hope that these changes help address the number one complaint the game has in the app stores, which is that of running out of fuel and having no way to recover.

I am thinking of getting back into more regular My Starship updates, because after playing it a bit, I have some cool ideas I want to implement, particularly crew and morale management.
