Hi again.. I have noticed that if i have 3000 housing available, after some time, i'll have like 3100/3000 people.. I like to make sure i have the same amount of people to my jobs available, and not have all these extra people i gotta feed....
even when i turned off immigration off, im still getting more people.. i assume its from them being born.. i dont have any illegals.. so what can i do to stop this?

Sorry if that is hard to follow, but i havent played in a long time.. over 2 or so years.. so i started a new world, with the region feature..
i have my main region started, but was making new regions next door.. if i dedicate one to say food, one to aluminum... will they produce if im not in that map?

I remember playing, and the people used to get upset about travel distance.
