happening to me too. after i click on "show workers" it will show ones on duty and building will be productive again. it's a pain to cherry pick what buildings to micromanage in this way to keep productivity going.

I'm having same problem with research disappearing and two cities that had structures using the new research default to old save when i click on those cities, instead of loading the actual city. i added the research i another unaffected city and saved and backed out and saved again, but research still resets when i try to to load the two cities with the bugged research. i'm in a loop.

I have building problem on an Samsung on5 and my other account on iPhone 5. Both accounts building stops or I can’t build at all.. ice planet, desert planet, and asteroid. I have paid account for both accounts so I’m very bummed out that my game ist kaput.
