I went away from computer, nothing was there. When I came back after half an hour it was there.
My Windows 10 app want camera access: 
This is first time this happened, whole app froze and I wasn't abble to do anything with it, even the yes/no button of the message didn't work. I had to kill the task and lost my progress. (sorry for photo, but Print Screen was broken too)
