Ape Apps

My coloney has roughly ~2050 colonists and none of them are happy. They are surrounding my consulate and not getting happy. I have so much entertainment and health care but none of them are helping themselves. I have done everything I can think of to try to fix them and I have googled it many times. They aren't doing anything and I might have to pull a thanos on them are get entirely new colonists who are happy.
