i found when i first started that you had to select the Adv builder bot and then select build to construct what you wanted to construct but it worked after that. might just be me though
I got a immigration freeze and trading freeze after i didn't pay my taxes. even after paying them off though i still cant get colonists to come to my colony or trade. new to the game so sorry if i am missing something obvious
