In the long run, all the workers should be in the atmosphere condenses because you can fit more atmo condenses in the space that are fully filled than 4 times more with only 1 worker.

Try doing a fire drill to make their commute length smaller and try to implant more entertainment such as Prymaid of the all seeing eye or the Hipster Bar.

Hello everyone! I was wondering what would be the best way to organise a small colony( 1-2K colonists) to be well prepared for late game so that I do not have to remove lots of structures that are in the way and that I have a higher chance of collapsing in late game. I like everything having its place and everything in its place so that would be good for me too. Thank you for reading this and if you have the time help me out below.

If the colonists have a long commuting distance from their house to their job, their energy will go down faster and will work less as they need more relaxing time and need entertainment. However if the commuting distance is small, they work more as they do not have to waste time travelling across the map getting to their job. Hello. I don't think they're using them because they have high happiness, health and energy. I think the best place to put them are near your government building specifically Consulate as when my colonists start protesting, some of them go in to relax and build up their energy health and therefore happiness. ~Hope this Helps!

You click/tap on the transmissions hub (which you unlock from research) under it there is two tasks you can do. Send messages to people who you know their charter code of and annexation. Then click/tap Request Annexation and you can be annexed into a colony of your choice. Hope this helps! ~GyspyMinecrafter
