So for a challenge, can we have on where we give up a bunch of our citizens? Because I have more than enough to go around.
My population grows faster than my ability to care for them, I think there should be mechanics like making deportations accessible as soon as you have a government building, an option to reduce or neutralize population growth, a building that lets you turn the surplus population into extra food and water, and make it so that if you run out of food and water for too long, there's a mass die off until the population is manageable again.
So is there a way to manage population growth until you get the hall of congress?
I'd like to have all resources and worlds available regardless of your faction. I'd like to also have ether provided by the research converter.

Deportations should be made available as soon as you get a government building, Hall of Congress is too much of a late game, resource intense building to be useful.
My citizens insist on breeding like rabbits and eat like pigs, I'm constantly at a loss to take care of them. AN option to process the surplus population into food and water would solve all my problems.

So all I really need is better population control, maybe an early dpeort option and limit the population based on amount of housing available
I mean being able to deport people and control birth rates to keep the population manageable immediately, rather than waiting a long time to build a resource intense building to do so. Because right now, the population breeds faster than can be sustained.
Going forward, I'd like immediate population control as well as being able to easily import and export rapidly
So will there be early options for population control to ensure you have enough people working to sustain the population? Secondly, will we be able to easily buy and sell goods?
So apparently, deportation is reserved for the Hall of Congress, which is a late game and resource intensive building, and the option to deport peoples needs to be done earlier because otherwise you have to many people too soon, making too many children and not enough workers.
