Ape Apps

I have lost the log-in credentials for my main account, but when I try to reset it, the e-mail just doesn't arrive?
I know that this is the right e-mail (I got a "e-mail already in use" warning when trying to create an account with it), and I also tried multiple times on two days, I have also made sure to check my spam folder and have both accounts-noreply@ape-apps.com and support@ape-apps.com as safe, so I can't think of any mistake on my end.
