Hi, i've build a mobile outpost on my first colony and settled a second colony on my planet. But i can't build anything, why?

Hi there, i'm playing on a red planet. Evertything worked fine but i don't know why, my gold miners stopped working. There is still gold on the planet but the miners don't move anymore.

So now i don't have any gold left in stock and i can't mine... What am i missing? Thanks.
