Now that the crystal is gone, it's like my colony was visited by a herd of Depression-Era Faith Healers!

i have about 26,000 colonists (100% human). Over 32,000 homes. Unemployment less than 20%. One medium mediclinic for each subterrain housing unit. 5 advanced medical buildings.
Atmo at 13m and being reduced under control (was over 16M, so...)
Average health was >90% for very long time. Now plummeting and at 67%. Lost >225 colonists over last few days. Even IQ is dropping.
Work level at 'light'.
Maxed out on food storage at 4.9M. Maxed out on water at 3.3M.
What could be whacking my guys? I had some synthetic crystal plots, but I couldn't do anything with it, so i removed it all.
