Oh and I just figured out some buildings for the bugs require independence to build.
This one took me a while to figure out.. if you don't have the resources for that building then it won't show up on your list even if you have researched it.. Once I bought some stuff like regolith and diamonds and other materials my planet doesn't make the options to build showed up.
I've checked but I think I have everything... Unless its something I can't get from my own colony..
Oh wait..there we good. Helium three. :P which apparently I can't buy since I can't build any sort of storage facility for it.. so i'm probably just stuck with a level 3 capital then.

So the only thing I have left to research is next gen power production.. but for some reason I don't have an option to upgrade my capital past level 3. Any clue what I might be missing?
