IOS iPhone XS user here. Yeah I’m definitely having issues as well. The game just gets stuck loading. But unlike you mine just stays loading forever.

My resources and tech vanish

While doing a regional type game my saved games load my city with tech back to nothing and zero resources. However all my buildings are still there.
