can you not join a commonwealth after you declare independence?

cool sounds like a great CW. i just started a new colony so when i declare independence i will join you.

I wanted to play the same world that i play on my pc on my phone but when i moved the file from my pc to my phone and tried to restore backup file it would say ( save file corrupt ). why is it corrupt and is there a way that i can play the same world on my pc and phone? any help would be great.

i wanted to use the same account on my phone with my pc so when i went to sign out of the account i made for the pc it would just close the app on my pc. any one know how to sign out of my account on the pc
