I had an idea for a new building to be added to the IT buildings, either "MegaTech corp." or Larger Server Building.

MegaTech corp. would produce software and produce bandwidth, while consuming a decent amount of microchips, robots, microchips, and possibly alien relics/artifacts. It would produce approx. 5000 bandwidth and produce 240 software a minute at optimal/peak conditions.

It would offer 40-75 jobs, and require 2,500 power to run.

Its building cost would be 80,000 ore, 60,000 steel, 24,000 aluminium, 30,000 gold, 12,000 software, 36,000 plastic, 27,000 microchips, and 1,200 robots.

I have no idea if this should be included into another tier of technology, or should be brought along with Mass Data Management, but somehow, it should be implemented.
This is the update I've been waiting for, I was getting tired of my drones and builder bots separating and doing multiple projects that I didn't want them to do yet.
I know that each planet has a random amount of resources generated when it first gets made. I made a red planet and my colony is from the United Earth. I already have an alien tech generating aluminium. But my only complaint is that you can't build aluminium mines unless you start as the zolarg empire.
So I noticed after I mined all of my aluminium deposits, I noticed that the aluminium miners couldn't build aluminium mines and that only the alumi-bug could do this. Is this just a bug or is it something that got skipped over on accident?
I'm having troubles with decreasing my colony's anger issue with fatigue, is there any way I can decrease/fix it?
