im new herer but each time i try to make an online game i only get the custom charter box and no list. plus each time i put in a charter code it says invalid charter. this happens on my phone as well. can someone explain why this is happening

so recently i joined ape apps and when i try to start a new online game it doesnt show a charter list. Instead it shows a bar that says CUSTOM CHARTER. but when i enter a charter code, it says invalid code. what is happening?
