Is EZ Database customisable and is there a way we can upload files to specific customers to keep records linked to just them. lastly Can i create user logins for volunteers to keep uptodate with their members?

We are a mental health charity with very little funding and our service users are vulnerable people so we want to lock volunteers out of records which they dont need access to.
