I made this account because I couldn't log into my old oneDeactivate all of the buildings that make people and all the tourism landing pads. It'll stop most population growth except for people being born
To get more tourists you need to build more tourism buildings and to get more people to work you need to build more education buildings and get more working age people
You can switch between colonies by going back to the title screen and pressing the load colony button
You can set a living wage that everyone gets in a consulate or unlock solar governance and build a level 2 consulate which lets you change the wages for individual professions
A user with premium should be able to make a single city into a region
If a colony gains independence offline, it should be able go into online mode
