I've just started using EZ Register and I want to be able to reconcile but it says I need to upgrade. I tried to do that, it says I need an authentication key which I clicked that I don't have so it took me to this page but that's it. From here I can't find any help. How do I get one so I can balance my checkbook?

Hi - I just upgraded from basic to premium in a purchase from the Microsoft Store. It looks like the purchase is in my list of downloads on my OneDrive, but it will not open. Help? Steve
