Hello there, everyone. This forum thread will describe my experience in playing Antiquitas and how I view it. This may be my first thread in this forum section. Please take your time to read through this thread. No pressure though.
My current views on Antiquitas are that it's an okay game, and that (I think) there are a lesser amount of bugs when compared to other games in the My Colony Universe. I would like to share with you that I remember myself playing this game before, albeit only for a minor period of time. Considering the amount of bugs in the My Colony Universe (no offense) and a curious mind of mine wanting to play this game, I may focus on Antiquitas later on this calendar year, despite my rare involvement with the game. I would also like to share that I had thoughts of a suggestion regarding adding a Greek civilization to the game sometime.
Alright, I believe that wraps it up for now! Please consider leaving a reply down below to this thread in the event you have any questions, comments, or other concerns. Thank you, have a wonderful night, and I will see you all later!

Plus, I do notice that nobody has attended to any of the Antiquitas forum sections in a while.

Hi there Wastelander / Architecture1134,
I’m really glad to come across your post! You’re definitely not alone — I’m still actively playing Antiquitas in 2025 too 😊
I’ve been a player for quite a while, but I picked it up again about a week ago and declared independence around 4–5 days later.
Right now, I’m leading an independent city in the global online mode, in a region called Arcadian Land, which has around 3,000 residents and continues to grow.
Honestly, I started playing again just out of curiosity, but I’ve since fallen in love with the vibe of the game — the aesthetics, the simplicity, and the mix of offline and online play. I also enjoy tinkering with layouts and fine-tuning production. Antiquitas has a classic charm that’s rare in most modern games.
I totally agree — a Greek civilization would be an amazing addition! There’s still a lot of untapped potential in this game. And yes, it would be awesome to see this forum become more active again. Maybe we can help revive the community together? 😄
Glad to have another active player around!
Would be fun to exchange tips and layouts if you're interested.
