Ape Apps

Ive just got back to my account after a long time off. When I logged in earlier, I could move around etc, although very slowly and laggy. Right now I log in and the screen is just black and nothing will load and everything is really slow with the sidebar and menus. Is this a connection or computer related issue with performance, or is it a bug?

Any advice to make things run more smoothly/make the game playable?
