So, it took me forever to save enough money to buy the ancient artifacts I needed to unlock the last technology in my Zolarg Colony. I FINALLY buy it, and nothing... no new buildings, I checked all of the workers to see if they had any new abilities. Nada.
What was the point? Anyone have any recommendations?

Did you look up the tech and what it should unlock for you? It might be you don't have all the resources required to build the 'new' stuff.

When this happens to me it usually means I forgot to build the proper rover/builder bot.
