Custom local backup saves.
I have a Chromebook, and a few times now, I've started a game on it, only to get an update to the OS a few days later, that basically resets the laptop. It has to download all the apps again, and I end up losing my save files for MC.
I was a wonder if it would be possible to add a custom location for the backup files because my SD card is unaffected through the updates. It would also allow you to just swap SD cards to move your existing colony to another device. You could even add a "recover" option if you re-aim the directory and the game finds a save file in the same place.
