Stuck on syncing data when using a backup file on IOS from PC
So I followed the faq and made a backup file on my pc and transferred it to my iPhone. I use windows store, I don't think that should make a difference in making a backup and transferring it to a different device, but I can select the backup.mcz and load into the game on my iPhone, but it's saving the game that's the problem. Idk if it saves or what but I'll exit back out into the main menu and then try and load the save and it's stuck on syncing data. I've tried game save compression on and off and that doesn't help. Is it because I'm using Windows store? I don't think so, can someone please tell me what to do?
Lol it turned out to be the simplest thing, versions were out of date. Updated my game on IOS and it fixed the problem
