i can't see my worlds in my region map, i'm creating the world but when i press return the world doesn't show where i created

Hello, I have the exact same problem I just pressed return to region and my city was gone even the textures were gone.. I couldn't see it anymore. I tried reloading the game, signing out and in again but nothing worked...
Could anybody help???

I even paid for premium just to play the region but after a couple hours i lost it all...
