I've been having a problem for several weeks with a former member of my colony messaging me to no end. The user keeps asking for resources and telling me about his day. I kicked him out of my colony but the messages keep coming. Now I've received a diplomacy request and can't even deny that. It would be nice to block users or change your colony charter code to stop harassment.
