Miners don't build mines, must be manually moved to the build location

My Colony v0.48.0 - Web client (Chrome 62.0.3202.62 on Windows)

In an offline human game:
1. Select a regolith miner or gold miner that is currently harvesting regolith/gold
2. Click Build
3. Place a mine somewhere sensible

The scaffolding for the mine is laid down, but the builder does not visit the mine and start building. I have to click the builder again, click Move, and move them next to the mine. This usually works, but sometimes I have to click directly on the mine while moving them (even though that cell is red).

Building regular buildings with the rover or builder works fine, this only happens with mines.

I have this happen occasionally as well, but as a temporary workaround they'll sometimes automatically build them if you pick the mines directly from the build menu.

Zorak's solution has always worked for me when I run into the same problem. Also take note that you can add builders to an existing build by making them 'Move" to one of the construction squares. Once they get there they will start building.

I've been able to double click and select all builder bots and without pressing move I can click on a square of a mine to be built and they will go. That's what I usually do, I never usually will have to type "m" or click the move button, i just click them, then the unbuilt mine and they go.
