Zolarg issues in sugarland
So I recently started a Zolarg game in sugarland, but I've come up with a few issues that bring my game to a standstill
Firstly my export cannon doesn't work, it produces money but it can't export at all.
Secondly and more importantly, I have no idea how to get Alien Relics, so I can't go up to the next level. There's nothing to mine or produce or build to get them, and using the online trade system for it is impossible since all the values are in the millions or more to buy some.

First check your relations with your parent colony, you may have a trade embargo against you.
And secondly alien relics are only obtainable after you declare independence.

How do I check my relation with my parent colony? I probably do have a trade embargo since I didn't have a lot of money to pay the tax at the start, but since I have 13 mil now I can pay it off pretty easily.
if your independence cost is more than 250k in civics and has a dollar amount as well, then you probably have an embargo.
