Advanced Synthetic Oil Lab needs regolith?
I'm on the red planet, there's no source of regolith as far as I can see. Maybe this building should require regolith to build?
Would there be a point though? or would it be better to not upgrade in the first place, and just use the normal synthetic oil labs to make oil?
There may be others, but this is the first building I've seen that consumes something hard to get that isn't also used in making the building.
