Unemployment+Buildings Not Working - Page 3
Ok, another detail that might be related, I'm noticing a bunch of duplicates in the employee list for buildings having this bug. I have an Ultra Deep Dig Site, currently showing 1 on duty, 5 off duty, 54 vacant. If I click show workers, I've got Avery Nelson, Lucy Flores, Luke Martinez, Matthew Walker, Lucy Flores, Ethan Stewart, Victoria Jenkins, Luke Martinez, Joseph Smith, Lucy Flores, Mia Jones, Mia Jones, Mia Jones, Matthew Walker, Lucy Flores, Lucy Flores, Luke Martinez, Victoria Jenkins, Lucy Flores, Lucy Flores, etc etc etc.
At first I thought I had multiple colonists with the same names, but the ones with the same name are all at the exact same energy level, and I see the same ones in other buildings as well.
These "ghost workers" may be keeping jobs from being filled, and causing the discrepancies in unemployment and vacant jobs stats as well.
my inhabitants do not work anymore! but selecting a building and licensing one person puts everyone back to work, so if you could do it automatically, it would fix

excuse me but when will the bug with the jobs be correct? because I can not play anymore
tate that when people stop working they only have about 50% energy and the fact is that they are not going to be entertained in the pu or reres internet at this time so it is perhaps what causes the bug
I experienced this problem of huge unemployment figures when letting buildings deactivated. It got solved and I got 0% unemployment when the workers who kept (not) working in the ghost factory where walked out. Try it!

Buuut... Oh, suddenly, while I was building a new hydrogen plant, food began to go down. I went to check employees in my fish hatcheries, they seem to have people working. As soon as I came out of the factory stats window, people began to walk out of the plant! And the factory's preview window showed 0/0/14. So the problem is happening to me too the same way you tell it.
I'm on android, 0.52 build.

I have this issue too I'm pretty much done with the game sadly.
Yeah sadly I have 2 massive bugs that have killed my games. This time this one takes the cake. I have to stop playing find another game for now. I hope the devs able to fix it but I don't see him posting here much on these big bug threads.
This bug appeared a good six months ago (or more) and is the reason why I stopped playing way back then. I've tried the game a couple of times since then hoping it had been taken care of, but it hasn't been. I'm still seeing the same employment issues, and it makes the game completely unplayable. It's also sad that it only appears once you've put a fair amount of time into the game to get to a few thousand colonists. This is an otherwise great game and the performance improvements have been fantastic! I'd love to play it, but every time I try my colony gets hit by this bug. Please fix this - new features are great, but critical bugs should take priority over new features.
