To all the players who already have a civics-production oriented colony, do you have some tips? What are the most effective buildings to produce civics?
I've thought about it but couldn't find a proper strategy yet

As civics isn't trade-able, there is no point in having a colony oriented for that.

I don't seek to trade my civics, but rather use them in order to be finally able to offer massive selling contracts at the galactic board of trade

not worth the hassle. Investmentbanks give the most civics, but are expensive. or building multiple consulates or capitols.
