Infinite Food/Steel Drain
Your bug tracker is down, so I can't check if this has been reported or not.
There doesn't appear to be a search feature either, and I'm not scrolling through lots of pages to see if this was reported already.
I left my colony running all day while I slept, woke up to 90% of my population dead from thirst. Thats fine and good, but when I got bored and demolished all buildings, all pavements, all mines, every single demlishable thing on the map, my steel was still draining. I then killed all the population, and steel and food were still draining at quite a rapid rate.
I have no idea why this happened, there are no steps to reproduce that I know of. I had gotten to a pretty late stage in the game where i was able to build mega structures.

When you don't have storage for resources or more resources than you have storage for, the resources will decay.
