suggestion: group colonies into 2 separate classes(rich vs poor)
It would be cool if there was a list of poor colonies and a list of rich colonies. Any colony with a gdp under a certain threshold would be considered poor, any above would be considered rich. The rich colonies would have more power over the poor colonies.
