Sometimes when I check the forum, I see 5 threads with "last by (no name) Date"
I'm wondering how that can happen?

You'll see this when the page stats have been cleared by either myself or Bast. When I move threads to a different sub-forum or remove threads (at a member's request), I'll clear the page stats so that the moves and deletions are updated and will show correctly.

It appears to show on threads with no replies after the page stats are updated.
