Off topic but I started a new game with the Draconians and the population went from 6 when I saved and logged off, to now 150 and counting and I didnt even play and there all humans? I also turned immigration off but there still coming
I am having the same issues on the mobile app for Android, I did start my own thread to not hijack this one, if the fix is different

I'm not 100% sure, but for reproduce the error:
Colony A become independently
Colony B join in Colony A commonwealth
Colony A start a Federation
Try to open Colony B, Connection Error, same with Colony A. But Colony C (outside the Colony A commonwealth, but in diplomatic relation) work.
