well looks like I finly understand how to get 100 % rating by doing the right combination of things in policy .
Seeing it only took most of the year lol .
Here are two things you could add that would help ratings climb on its own .
One is every so many cycles 25 % - 40 % of colonists are forced go on vacation ( wile on vacation they will get schooling go to bars of ( ADD the ability to win coins at the casino and rig the dice so they always win lol .
along with getting lots of rest so fatigue goes away as well .
Holidays will do the same things say 25 % 40 % go off work to goto a event .
what the game needs is more positive impacts on ratings then just giving them coins ,
Add a bed and beyond with serti matters for a good nights sleep lol ( really a building that sells beds could havea Fatigue impact that would make them less tired lol .
